Real Estate Investing Requires More Than Finding the Right Property
Whether you're buying your first investment property, repositioning an existing real estate portfolio, or considering the sale of an investment property as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange, the details matter.
I bring a perspective that extends beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Before becoming a Nevada REALTOR® in 2001, my real estate career began in escrow in 1986. My experience also includes working as an escrow officer and 1031 tax-deferred exchange facilitator, giving me firsthand knowledge of the coordination and timing involved when investment property changes hands.
For investors, I can help evaluate local market conditions, comparable sales, property positioning, potential resale considerations and transaction strategy. When a 1031 exchange is contemplated, I work alongside your Qualified Intermediary, tax advisor, escrow officer and other professionals to help keep the real estate portion of the transaction moving according to your exchange strategy.
